how do i know which service is right for me?

Choose a Shopify Refresher for targeted improvements, a Shopify Rebuild for a more comprehensive transformation, or a Shopify Retainer for ongoing support and optimization. If you’re not sure which path makes the most sense for your store, email contact@erbymethod.com and I’ll help you decide.

do I need to provide anything before we start?

Yes. Before we begin, you’ll complete an intake questionnaire so I can understand your brand, goals, priorities, and vision for the store. I’ll also collect any brand assets you’d like used, including logos, fonts, color palette, product photography, lifestyle imagery, and other creative assets. Once your project start date arrives, I’ll send a Shopify collaborator request to gain the access needed to complete the work.

will my current store be affected during the process?

No. All updates are built in a staging theme, so your live store stays untouched until everything is ready to be published.

how long does the process take?

Shopify Refresher projects are typically completed within 3–4 weeks, while Shopify Rebuild projects generally take 4–5 weeks. Timelines begin once your intake materials have been submitted and the project is officially scheduled.

will this actually increase my sales?

Yes! that’s the entire reason I do this work. While I can’t guarantee specific sales results, every strategy, design decision, and update is focused on helping your store convert more of the traffic you’re already paying for and receiving.

how do payments work?

A 50% deposit invoice will be emailed during intake to secure your project. The remaining balance invoice will be sent before development begins.

how do we communicate during the project?

Communication is handled primarily through email to keep everything clear, organized, and easy to reference throughout the project. This approach minimizes interruptions to your day, allowing you to stay focused on your business while remaining fully informed of the project every step of the way. Text may be used for quick updates when needed, and video calls are reserved for situations that require additional discussion or clarification.

will I be able to update my store after?

Yes. Your store is built to be easy to manage, and you’ll receive tailored tutorials after publishing so you can confidently update the parts of your site you’ll use regularly.
